Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to resolve quality issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis software to support data-driven decision making.
- Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and familiarity with audit processes.
- Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for quality excellence.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain quality management.
