Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and defect reduction.
- Experience with quality auditing and data analysis software to monitor and report on quality metrics effectively.
- Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Engineering or related technical fields.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma certification and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
