- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

US Person Requirement
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Proven experience as a skilled machinist with advanced knowledge of machining processes and equipment operation.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce precision parts.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part dimensions.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a machine shop environment to maintain a safe workplace.
- Associate degree or technical certification in machining, manufacturing technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in machining roles, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
