Job Description
As a HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at Honeywell, specifically supporting the Commercial Original Equipment (OE) sales channel teams. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support to enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
You will report directly to our Sr HR Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of the sales channel by developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. You will be instrumental in building a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans within the sales channel.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans tailored to sales teams.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support ongoing change management initiatives and lead various projects to support this team and broader Honeywell Aerospace
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of exceptional experience in HR project management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, especially in supporting sales organizations.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development within a sales or channel environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite to manage HR data and reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology industry (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
