As a Director, IT Manufacturing here at Honeywell, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of IT initiatives that support our manufacturing and aerospace operations. You will report directly to our Chief Information Officer and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Your leadership will be crucial in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of Honeywell Aerospace.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support manufacturing and aerospace operations, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and drive the adoption of innovative solutions.
- Oversee the management of IT projects related to manufacturing optimization, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8 years of experience in IT management, particularly within the manufacturing or aerospace sectors.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the role of technology in enhancing operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MES, EDW, Automation, and Inventory and Productivity.
- Hands on experience developing IT solutions and ability to manage a team of software engineers and system analysts.
- Experience with data analytics tools, AI and methodologies to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading IT projects that support manufacturing and aerospace operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
