Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including billing and revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during night hours.
- Prepare daily reports for management regarding occupancy, revenue, and other operational metrics.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and managing reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are in optimal condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management software is desirable.
