- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or routing calls efficiently.
- Handle incoming emails, messages, and inquiries with promptness and clarity.
- Maintain organized reception areas, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to support daily operations.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously via phone or in person.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing busy reception areas and supporting administrative staff as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist if required. Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities.

- Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities preferred.
