Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent customer service skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support smooth hotel operations.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional guest services throughout their stay
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person
- Support guest relations efforts by providing personalized service tailored to individual needs
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly desirable
- Knowledge of PEP Software.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with hospitality standards
