We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Houseman / Kitchen Help to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Assist with floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces. This is part of the week.
- Support kitchen and help with breakfast for couple of the days.
- Handle industrial cleaning duties as needed in storage rooms, laundry areas, or other service zones
- Manage custodial tasks such as waste removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Contribute to housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards
- Experience with custodial responsibilities and maintaining cleanliness in busy environments
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings
- Basic physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization
