Qualifications
- At least 2 year of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients, families, and referral partners.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while effectively managing an assigned territory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable conducting regular in-person visits, fieldwork, and community outreach activities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for daily field activities.
Role Overview:
- Build & Strengthen Referral Networks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, social workers, case managers, and other community partners to generate consistent referrals.
- Community Outreach & Engagement
Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare providers and community organizations to promote services, increase brand awareness, and establish trust within the community.
- Client & Family Engagement
Meet with prospective clients and their families to explain available services, assess care needs, and guide them through the intake and onboarding process with empathy and professionalism.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Identify new referral opportunities, track incoming inquiries, and perform timely and consistent follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.
- Territory Management
Plan, organize, and manage daily field activities to maximize coverage, visibility, and relationship-building within your assigned territory.
- Market Awareness & Strategy
Stay informed about local competitors, industry trends, and community needs to identify growth opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with office staff and care coordinators to ensure seamless client onboarding and deliver a high level of client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and ensure all sales efforts comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
