We’re hiring experienced caregivers who have professional, hands-on caregiving experience providing personal care — or equivalent training such as CNA, HHA, or PCA (both PHCAST trainings). A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance are required for this position.

What You’ll Do
As an experienced caregiver, you’ll provide essential support that allows clients to live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Mobility and transfer support
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Documentation and communication with office staff and family
- Transportation or errands for clients

Qualifications
- 18 years or older (21 if driving clients)
- Driver's license and insured vehicle that you can use during your shifts. Must be able to submit proof of license, motor vehicle insurance listing you as a driver, and passed vehicle inspection.
- 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (professional or private duty) or equivalent certification (CNA, CHHA, PHCAST Personal Care Homemaker)
- Experience assisting with personal care (including all hygiene tasks), mobility, and transfers
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation & backup transportation (driving clients is helpful but not required)
- Satisfactory CORI and background check
- Verifiable references
Preferred:
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (both PHCAST certifications)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with Hoyer lifts or other assistive equipment
