Role Overview:

• Build Referral Networks: Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, social workers, case managers, and other community partners.
• Community Outreach: Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers and community organizations to promote home care services.
• Client & Family Engagement: Meet with prospective clients and families to explain services, assess needs, and guide them through the intake process.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify new referral sources, track inquiries, and follow up consistently to convert leads into active clients.
• Territory Management: Plan and manage daily field activities to maximize visibility and strengthen presence within the assigned area.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about local competitors, industry trends, and community needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaboration with Care Team: Coordinate with office staff and care coordinators to ensure smooth client onboarding and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all outreach and sales activities align with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the local community.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track leads and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable conducting in-person visits and community outreach activities.
• Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
