We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants and supervisors
- Schedule shifts and assign daily tasks
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain departmental budgets and control operational costs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar leadership role
