Job Summary
Hilton Home2 Suites is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries with a friendly demeanor. Consistent availability and punctuality are are of the utmost importance in this role.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our hotel management system.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and accounted for.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests.
- Previous experience in hotel or resort front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Always dressed in professional attire according to Hilton brand standards.

We opened in 2021 and pride ourselves on our high occupancy with extraordinary guest satisfaction. Applicants with sales, retail and/or high-demand customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in hotels and Hilton PEP systems specifically are a big plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
