Job Summary
Hilton Home2 Suites is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries with a friendly demeanor. Consistent availability and punctuality are are of the utmost importance in this role.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our hotel management system.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and accounted for.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests.
  • Previous experience in hotel or resort front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Always dressed in professional attire according to Hilton brand standards.

Home2 Suites by Hilton is a beautiful, modern property with a big, bright lobby, gym and indoor pool. We opened in 2021 and pride ourselves on our high occupancy with extraordinary guest satisfaction. Applicants with sales, retail and/or high-demand customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in hotels and Hilton PEP systems specifically are a big plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
