Job Overview
Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking energetic, service-driven, and hospitality-focused Front Desk Agents to join our opening team for an exciting new hotel launch. As one of the first faces guests encounter, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and setting the tone for exceptional hospitality from day one.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest service. Opening team members will have the unique opportunity to help establish service standards, culture, and guest experiences as we prepare to welcome our first guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional hospitality
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accuracy in reservations, billing, and payment processing
- Manage guest requests, concerns, and inquiries promptly to ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Answer and direct incoming calls using proper phone etiquette and Hilton service standards
- Coordinate room assignments, arrivals, departures, and special requests
- Maintain accurate guest information and update reservations within hotel management systems
- Support daily front office operations including cash handling, reporting, and shift reconciliation
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Promote Hilton Honors enrollment opportunities and hotel amenities
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and hotel information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas
- Support opening activities, training initiatives, and operational setup as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest service, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Hilton systems is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning hotel operating systems
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
- Prior experience in hotels, retail, restaurants, or customer-facing roles welcomed
