Duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression really 1.
- Check-in and check-out processing using computer systems, verifying reservations, issuing keys, and providing room details.
- Managing reservations — taking, confirming, modifying, and canceling bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Handling guest inquiries about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions.
- Processing payments — collecting room charges, handling cash and credit card transactions, and reconciling accounts at shift end Interview.
- Resolving complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues, when necessary.
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs, such as room requests or service arrangements.
- Providing information on amenities and services and assisting with extras like towels, transportation, or dining reservations.
- Maintaining the front desk area — keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Pay: $13.00 - $25.83 per hour
