Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for Home2 Suites by Hilton in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering client relationships. The Sales Director will manage sales operations, oversee a team of sales professionals, and strategize to achieve business goals. Additionally, the role will involve working closely with the hotel management team to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales and Sales Operations within the hospitality or related industries
- Proven track record in Business Development and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Team Management experience, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Experience with local and regional market dynamics is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
