What The Position is About:
- Lead a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue (currently 4 reps with plans to grow the team)
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven sales management experience within the home improvement industry
- Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close in-home sales process
- Experience recruiting, training, and holding sales teams accountable
- Exteriors experience is preferred, roofing or windows experience is a huge plus
- Experience with insurance software is preferred
