What is Being Offered:

  • Base bonus (year one total $150K-$180K)

What The Position is About:

  • Lead the sales function and business operations for the company
  • Build and lead the sales team, including personally carrying a full appointment load
  • Recruit, hire, and train 2-4 in-home sales reps through ride-alongs and weekly meetings
  • Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining continuous growth
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
  • Manage install capacity growth in parallel with sales
  • Manage P&L
  • Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 3 years of high-ticket in-home sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of building out a market
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and training sales teams
  • Experience overseeing post-sale operations
  • Strong business acumen; comfortable owning P&L, KPIs, and operations in a fast-moving environment

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
