What The Position is About:
- Lead the sales function and business operations for the company
- Build and lead the sales team, including personally carrying a full appointment load
- Recruit, hire, and train 2-4 in-home sales reps through ride-alongs and weekly meetings
- Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining continuous growth
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
- Manage install capacity growth in parallel with sales
- Manage P&L
- Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
- Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3 years of high-ticket in-home sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of building out a market
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and training sales teams
- Experience overseeing post-sale operations
- Strong business acumen; comfortable owning P&L, KPIs, and operations in a fast-moving environment
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
