What The Position is About:
- Oversee the entire field operations for the Tampa location to ensure operations targets and goals are achieved
- Oversee a team of 25 people with 7-8 direct reports (Installation, Production, logistics, warehousing)
- Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations
- Recruit, hire, and manage all managers within the field operations department
- Ensure installation and production processes are completed within specified budgetary guidelines and quality initiatives
- Manage communication, logistics, warehousing, installations crews, and measuring
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate job objectives are met effectively and completely
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 15 years of experience leading production/installation teams in the home improvement industry
- Windows experience
- Experience leading managers in a director-level operations role
- High-volume experience (revenue and job production) is preferred
