Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll keep projects running smoothly by managing schedules, permits, materials, and communication between crews, leadership, and customers. This role is key to ensuring our teams are prepared, organized, and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and communicate project updates with leadership and customers
- Coordinate materials with crews to ensure project readiness
- Obtain permits and schedule lane closures
- Read blueprints and apply job specifications accurately
- Plan and organize projects to maintain consistent workload
- Maintain emergency contacts and participate in on-call rotation
- Assist other coordinators and handle special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Professional and calm under pressure
