We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who’s ready to be the backbone of our construction projects—keeping contracts tight, timelines moving, and communication flowing between project managers, superintendents, sales teams, subcontractors, and clients.
What You'll Be doing:
You’ll play a key role in bringing projects from kickoff to closeout by:
- Supporting project managers, superintendents, and sales teams to keep projects running smoothly
- Creating, issuing, tracking, and managing subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and warranties
- Being the go-to organizer for RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and project documentation
- Following up with subcontractors (because details matter and deadlines count!)
- Managing contracts, invoices, billing readiness, and project profitability in our construction and accounting software
- Coordinating with estimating and purchasing teams to secure accurate pricing and issue POs
- Tracking T&M work, project hours, and financial data with precision
- Assembling O&M manuals and managing project closeout like a pro
- Communicating clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to solve problems and keep everyone informed

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role (construction industry experience is a big plus!)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with construction management software and accounting systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Solid understanding of invoices, purchase orders, budgets, and basic project financials
