Holman's Custom Cabinets is looking for a dependable, hardworking Cabinet Builder / Assembler to join our growing team. We take pride in building high-quality cabinetry and are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career.
Whether you have years of cabinet experience or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'd like to talk with you.
Responsibilities
- Assemble RTA and semi-custom cabinets accurately and efficiently.
- Read and follow shop drawings and production paperwork.
- Install hinges, drawer slides, hardware, and cabinet components.
- Inspect finished products for quality before they leave the shop.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Cabinet building, woodworking, or carpentry experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable with a good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the workday.
- Willingness to learn and improve every day.
