RN Memory Care Unit Manager – full-time

Responsibilities
- Work with 3 other RN Unit Managers to manage the day-to-day activities and care team for Raybrook Manor’s skilled nursing; this role is focused on the long term care and rehab unit.
- Each RN Unit Manager oversees about 22 residents
- Coordinator and supervise resident care
- Complete MDS assessments in a timely manner
- Participate in the manager on-call rotation
- A current and valid MI RN license is required
- 2 yrs nursing experience preferably in a long-term care or dementia care setting
- Prior management experience is highly valued but not required
- Prior MDS experience is highly valued but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for the elderly and their families are a given to be successful in this role
