RN/LPN | Skilled Nursing

Responsibilities
- Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
- Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
- Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
- Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
- Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
- Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise
- Schedule: Week 1: Sun | Week 2: Fri, Sat
- Shift: 6:30pm - 7am | 36 hrs per pay period
- A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
- Must be CPR certified
- Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
- Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
