Atrio Help at Home allows employees to tailor their own schedules, work part time and give back to their neighbors and surrounding community. Atrio offers services 24 hours a day, and shifts are typically 2 - 4 hours at a time, which allows employees the flexibility to choose the hours that they can dedicate to caring for our seniors.

Here’s What We Offer
Flexible Scheduling – mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnight
- Assist our elderly neighbors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Medication reminders
- Help with nighttime routines
- Support with meal preparation, and cooking according to dietary requirements
- Assist with housekeeping tasks
- Ensure that the environment is safe
- Transportation, errands and shopping
- Companionship and dementia care
- $18.10/hr for non-certified aides (willing to perform all care tasks)
- $19.10/hr for Michigan-certified CNAs
- Mileage reimbursement
- Compensation for drive time
- One weekend of on-call duty per month and two holidays a year are required
