Care Resources is growing, and we are adding a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the team at our Care Resources facility in Kentwood. This work is important and meaningful in enhancing the lives of those we are privileged to serve through this incredible program!

Care Resources is a community-based program for people 55 or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement.

What will you do?

• Interact with all levels of staff, participants, families, and the general public on the phone and in person offering information and assistance
• Data entry into the computer; generate related reports
• Maintain departmental files and records, process mail
• Answer phones and triage calls

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Our ideal candidate will have experience with navigating various computer programs
• 1 - 2 years of general office processes; medical office experience is a plus
• Prefer 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly population
  
  

Hours

• Work a Monday - Friday schedule, 8am – 4:30pm
