- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Lead and supervise staff, providing coaching, training, and development to promote a high-performance team dedicated to guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability through dynamic pricing and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee engagement efforts.
- Maintain budgetary controls by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and preparing financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and leadership.
- Oversee guest services including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, night audits, and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
- Promote a culture of hospitality excellence by continuously enhancing guest experiences through innovative service initiatives and attention to detail.
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Extensive background in hotel management with hands-on experience in guest services, front desk operations, and resort environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques coupled with budgeting expertise to drive financial performance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complex guest relations efficiently and diplomatically.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with human resources practices including staff training, performance management, and compliance standards.
