Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Breakfast Attendant/Front Desk Staff member to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable start to their day. You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast with attention to quality and presentation, as well as managing front desk operations to provide exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and dietary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food presentation and table setup
- Manage front desk duties such as check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and handling guest requests
- Assist with food handling, serving, and replenishing buffet stations or plated meals during breakfast service
- Support catering or banquet events by setting up food stations and assisting with event logistics when needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures throughout your shift
Skills
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Previous banquet or catering experience is beneficial for supporting special events
