- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
- Coordinate catering events and banquet functions, ensuring timely and flawless execution
- Train team members on food handling, cooking techniques, and service standards to promote continuous improvement
- Monitor shift operations, manage kitchen schedules, and support team management efforts to optimize productivity
Experience
- Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams effectively
- Extensive banquet experience managing large-scale food service events
- Familiarity with dietary department protocols and specialized dietary needs
- Hands-on experience in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management

- Experience in restaurant management or food service management roles within the hospitality industry
