Hotel Regional Manager

Position Summary:
The Regional Hotel Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management for a portfolio of Marriott and Hilton branded hotels. This role ensures that all properties within the region operate efficiently, deliver exceptional guest experiences, comply with brand standards, and achieve financial and operational goals. The Regional Manager serves as the direct liaison between ownership, corporate leadership, and hotel-level management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Marriott and Hilton hotels within the Youngstown, Canton and Cleveland region.
• Ensure compliance with all brand standards, policies, and procedures for both Marriott and Hilton.
• Support General Managers in driving guest satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor quality assurance audits, guest feedback, and brand inspections to maintain high standards.

Financial Management

• Drive profitability by analyzing P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and revenue performance for each property.
• Partner with property leadership to implement revenue management strategies, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Identify underperforming areas and provide targeted solutions to improve financial results.

Team Development & Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and develop General Managers and senior property leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and professional growth.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure effective communication and alignment with company goals.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with sales teams to maximize market share and revenue generation opportunities.
• Support execution of corporate and brand marketing initiatives at the property level.
• Build strong community and business relationships to strengthen hotel positioning.

Owner & Corporate Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact between ownership groups, Marriott/Hilton brand representatives, and property-level teams.
• Provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and operational challenges.
• Develop and execute regional strategies that align with ownership objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-property or regional role.
• Proven experience with Marriott and/or Hilton brand standards, systems, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across the region.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
