What are the responsibilities and job description for the Holiday Inn FD Operation Manager position at Holiday Inn?
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Front Desk and Guest Service, Operations Manager or Supervisor to oversee the daily Guest Services and operations of our hotel. Prefer have Holiday Inn or other IHG hotels experiences, Opera etc. You need have Excellent IHG Hotel customer service skills as well as a business mindset, review respond Guests Feedback, take actions, improve Guest Satisfaction Scores to above the Brand standard
Responsibilities and Qualification
- Have hotels management experiences, have guest service experiences
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset, review respond Guests Feedbacks, take actions, improve the Guests Satisfaction Scores to above the Brand standards
- Have Front desk Opera/HotelKey PMS experiences, reservation, check in and check out gests, process payments
- Process Account AR, Chargebacks, corporate account routing
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
- Work closely with the housekeeping team
- Watch guest accounts closely
- On call if needed
