As the Head Housekeeper at Holiday Inn, you will oversee the housekeeping department to ensure our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service, contributing directly to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
