Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn. Located in the heart of hospitality, this role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a pleasant stay for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of debris to maintain a safe environment for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
