We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services team. Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
- Manage and train front office staff to provide outstanding customer service and maintain hotel standards.
- Handle guest relations, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Implement and uphold policies regarding phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and reservation management.
- Assist in managing hotel inventory and room assignments to maximize occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the front office area.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management is essential.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus, along with proficiency in using hotel management software systems.
