Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Front Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
  • Manage and train front office staff to provide outstanding customer service and maintain hotel standards.
  • Handle guest relations, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement and uphold policies regarding phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and reservation management.
  • Assist in managing hotel inventory and room assignments to maximize occupancy rates.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the front office area.

Experience

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management is essential.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus, along with proficiency in using hotel management software systems.
