Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay
- Conduct nightly audit procedures, including verifying guest accounts, balancing financial transactions, and preparing reports for management
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries and coordinating reservations or requests
- Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly with a positive attitude, striving to exceed expectations and foster guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and guest information during the overnight shift
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest needs or facility concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest situations professionally
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with guest relations, hotel experience, and resort environments is preferred
