Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations
- Maintain security by monitoring access points, conducting safety checks, and following established protocols during overnight shifts
- Update and complete shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation accurately
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
