Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while maintaining confidentiality
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks to ensure the well-being of guests and staff throughout the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handoffs to daytime staff
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues related to room accommodations, billing discrepancies, or general inquiries
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight facility needs or safety concerns
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel safety procedures
- Previous experience working in a resort or hotel environment preferred but not required
- Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude during night shifts
