- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, filing, and maintaining organized records for smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
