- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing exceptional guest services
- Manage multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and staff
- Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring guest relations are maintained at high standards
- Perform front desk duties including reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring hotel premises during night shifts
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area for a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus
