Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Clerk role located in Addison, TX. The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences, addressing inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additional duties include answering phone calls, managing reservations, and performing various clerical tasks to support daily front desk operations. You will act as a key point of contact for guests to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Qualifications
- Hospitality experience
- Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
- Solid Clerical Skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service with a guest-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs and hotel management software preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Opera knowledge preferred
