Responsibilities for Night Auditor:
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Process invoices and give guests receipts upon check out
- Record and respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies as need
- Answer phones and place reservations
- Verify that all End Of Day information is correct
- Run End Of Day Computer functions so that they are complete by the end of the shift.
- Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts
- Balance cash drawer
- Prepare breakfast items to get it ready for Breakfast Bar Attendants
- Display good customer relation skills and take initiative in providing excellent guest services
- Monitor Hotel inside and out, ensuring safety of all guests
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure appearance is clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications For Night Auditor:
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Excellent communication skills
- 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
