Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
- Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing various flooring surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed
- Must work weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
