Night Auditor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. This position does laundry and puts out breakfast for our guest in between checking people in on the overnight shift.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
• Handle multi-line phone systems and respond to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a pleasant stay and fostering positive guest relations.
• Maintain security protocols during night shifts to ensure guest safety and property security.
• Puts out breakfast for our guest and folds laundry during down time.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to enhance guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
