We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Worker to maintain cleanliness and order across our facilities In all common areas, outdoors, and assitting with room cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Carry out floor care procedures including buffing, polishing, stripping, and sealing floors to maintain their appearance and durability.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities like window washing, wall cleaning, and light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or fixing minor fixtures.
• Support facilities maintenance activities by identifying repair needs and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs or improvements.
• Utilize commercial cleaning techniques for industrial or large-scale environments to ensure safety standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness logs and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper handling practices is essential.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or general upkeep enhances your ability to perform the role effectively.
• Familiarity with residential painting or light repair work is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
