Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Prepare reports detailing daily activities, revenue, and occupancy rates for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring premises and responding to emergencies as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation during the night shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
