- Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes while ensuring guest information confidentiality.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via front desk phones or interdepartmental calls.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, preferably at the front desk or guest services.
