Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor appearance across all hotel areas.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and common areas to uphold hotel standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies effectively to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Follow established health and safety protocols while executing custodial tasks to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; experience in hospitality or janitorial services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards or housekeeper management experience is advantageous.
