In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service throughout the guest journey by managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, billing, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency. You'll actively promote and enroll guests in the IHG One Rewards loyalty program, recognize and thank existing members, and identify opportunities to personalize each stay. Every interaction is an opportunity to create guest loyalty and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine greeting and provide an efficient, friendly check-in and check-out experience, creating memorable guest experiences and building guest loyalty.
- Recognize and thank IHG One Rewards members and promote the program
- Help manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and payments.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, assisting guests with reservations, hotel information, and local recommendations.
- Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, taking ownership of issues and following through to a successful resolution.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, and management teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Complete training and remain knowledgeable about brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using hotel Property Management Systems (HotelKey, OPERA, or similar).
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Night Audit experience is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual skills are welcomed.
