We are searching for a Full Time Front Desk Agent that is capable of delivering a truly personal service to leave our guests satisfied every single time they stay with us.

Everyday will be a new experience so you will need:

- · Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
- · Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
- · A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
- · Follow policy and perform to enhance professionalism in appearance and behavior.
Daily you will be responsible for:
- Registering & processing guests and their assigned rooms
- Booking reservations and managing hotel room inventories
- Accommodate guest requests
- Communicating with hotel staff
- Stocking and maintaining hotel market
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk and lobby area
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Our Front Desk Team is our guests first point of contact, we require cheerful, happy faces. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
You must be available to work weekends, evenings & holidays. We do our best to honor all request for special days off and try to rotate weekends, when possible.
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for 8 hours and work in restrictive space/environment
- Be able to bend, stretch arms overhead and lift and/or carry to 20 pounds.
